My Random Blogging Therapy
I just met with "the most experienced Realtor in the valley" or Century 21. He and the head salesperson were very nice. He is 85 according to Larry. The sales manager is very nice and he was encouraging and fine with the idea that I wanted to work part time. There really is about 1000 more I have to put out in fees. The sales manager said it was such a small amount to pay for an industry that pays so very much. He had a fantastic point. They don't charge for the use of the office space.
They just lost an agent to Andrea and they were thinking she doesn't provide training BUUUT she does. Their office was dated just like Coldwell Banker however. I like the feel of Andrea's office and the meeting spaces were very nice too. I am in Real Estate partially because I love home decor. I don't like the feel of the Century 21 offices.
They do have all the experience in the world however and I'm certain they're making a ton of money. I just feel dated when I'm there. Andrea's offices are inviting. Their lease is up although they've been at their location for 7 years. Right now this is falling out exactly as I expected it to go. I drove around the Cornerstone office. It is DEFINITELY the most convenient AND best looking building from the exterior anyway. I looove that's he's only been doing this 5 years and 2 brokers I've met want to work with him. His Real Estate videos he does to supplement and attract business are done really well.
They were trying to find things wrong with Andrea's brokerage which I didn't like. They don't charge for their office space like Andrea and Larry charge. Larry has fees for just about anything. Jack seemed to want me to say I was committed to real estate sales BUUUT how the hell am I going to be committed to something that doesn't pay anything until AFTER I've shelled out this bunch of money? And of course nothing is guaranteed. I get why Kyle is bland. Their office needs some spice. It is bland too.
