@Home Realty

I looove Andrea!!! She is awesome and her company is perfect for me. Part time is NOT a problem!!! I still like how innovative Robert seems to be. I'm still meeting with Jack at Century 21 but I'm thinking he's going to be a lot like Larry Welsh and want me to commit to full time hours. Andrea began part time and then moved to full time as her clientele and experience increased.

There is a lender in the same office. He is Andrea's father-in-law. His office is just down the hall. I like that it's a family business. While Larry has the most experience, Andrea is young or at least looks young. Coldwell Banker Gold Key Realty is the most established agency in the valley. Larry was so awesome to talk to me as long as he did.

I see Jack with Century 21 at 1:30 today. It's the same time as my dietician appointment I forgot about. I'll reschedule with her.

 I looove my Fridays!!! ANY Broker will have fees. Andrea's plan seems to be the most reasonable so far. I asked her what her agent retention was like and she's had agents that started with her and have never left. She is planning on moving her office soon. Larry started full time in the Business. Andrea began part time and she understands that people sometimes need a bridge even to just begin. 

 She did not show me her software like Larry did. His software is incredible. He also has an ad ALWAYS in the Herald Journal. Andrea and Larry don't seem to know people very well. If nothing else meeting with Jack is going to be a good thing at least for me to just get to know people in the industry that I think is important. 

 Andrea told me the Cache-Rich Association has monthly luncheons at Elements. One thing that people have consistently said is they all like the agents and brokers in Cache Valley. Andrea said there were 2 she didn't particularly like but that they just moved away. What I really like that she told me is that one of her agents has 4 kids and still made it work and is extremely successful. I love the idea of being a stay-at-home mom who can juggle her children AND business at the same time and a GOOD PROFITABLE business. In most cities including Salt Lake City you can work as a librarian for 20-30 hours a week. In the right area I'll be able to juggle all of these things well.

 It was so nice to talk to Andrea and to hear that it is totally possibly to serve your client well part time. She told me you just tell your client your're in an appointment and then get back to them when you can. I am going to make this work AND I am so excited!!! I could totally see myself working for Andrea with @Home Realty.
