This amazing find is made right in Cache Valley and distributed all over the place. Stevia-sweeted with no GMOs - these taste sooo good. I called the casper ice-cream factory to see if they had any seconds. I looove this stuff. The ice-cream bars are incredible. Just as good as Hagen-Daz and actually give you good digestive health AND you should eat these daily. Uh huh, DEFINITELY something I can get into!!!
I found the chocolate at Smith's Marketplace and then the ice-cream bars at Maceys before I looked at Smith's myself.

I'm driving to Richmond this weekend to stock-up!!! I love this!!! I also love my Dream pasta. I haven't eaten it in a little while. I wish I could find more reviews online. The almond ice-cream bars are the absolute best. Smith's has a case sale going on and I need to stock up on canned chicken, ham, spaghetti sauce, chili's, I wish they had tuna. I need some and the last time I bought a case it seemed like it lasted forever. I need some eggs too.

I got up easily this morning to do Zumba. It's amazing how quickly your body adapts to positive change. I had my last appointment with my orthodontist today. I asked him if I was the client from hell. He said no that's Kathy... bwahahaha!!! Very sweet. I just need to use these aligners at night now. My teeth look fine. I'm going to get a whitening treatment next. I love Robby Fender's glowing white smile. He whitens his teeth for sure. I think my regular dentist does that. I also need to research and price water filters. Next project.
