I don't know what is with the snow OR having to use my heater last night. It is April Fools day today and April is supposed to bring showers NOT snow. BUT of course I live in Northern Utah or Outer Darkness. I saw Kyle last night. Anytime I see him I'm reminded of how I STILL haven't started anything in Real Estate. I never received email from Andrea about her meetings and I know today is a meeting. I REALLY hope I can pay ALL the real estate operating fees off in May and just begin. The ULA conference is at the end of the month and carries into May 2. We have a huge extended family BBQ on the 24th in Lehi. August is the REALLY extended reunion.

Uncle Kingi reminded us Sunday how my grandfather wanted to distinguish his family from the Toutais so he changed everyone's last name to his first name or Mateaki. Our last name was supposed to be Toutai which means fisherman. I asked him where that came from and he said one of our ancestors caught all this octopus for the King when he visited and they didn't want to use Kau'ulufonua because he was an illegitimate child to the king which is why they ended up in Ha'akame in the first place.

I remember when I first started graduate school at the University of Utah. I saw one of my friend's sisters Melinda who told me not to get too much education because guys would have a hard time with that. WOW, I couldn't believe she said or thought that and it is still unbelievable to me. We are ALL told to get as much education as we can. That has ALWAYS been clear. I don't want any guy who has a problem with that. It's not just about money or supporting a family although I think that is essential. It's also not just about having enough money to serve in any capacity our Father in Heaven needs. As we exercise our intellectual muscles we are able to understand the things of eternity and the plan of salvation more. YES anyone can use their time and learn and study and grow on their own BUUUT who actually will spend their time doing that? School forces you to use those skills nothing else will. This is a great thing and it is part of why we are counseled to do that just as much as anything else.

Real Estate agents make a lot of money and may or may not be educated as do people like my MLM friend Kinau. They help other people make a lot of money too. Many of the principles they learn and espouse are good BUT they do NOT and cannot take the place of spiritual truth.

I asked Younique to issue a refund to me asap. I emailed AND called them. I told the lady on the phone who told me it could take up to 14 days for the refund to process, that if this didn't occur last week, I would call them EVERY day until this happened. I'm going to pay for my real estate fees FIRST before I do ANYTHING else. I feel very good about that decision.

I still like the quality of their makeup and I love that stuff BUUUT WOW!!! The experience I had with that company is incredulous.
