I made oatmeal raisin cookies for myself because it's conference AND I'm not sure what to eat right now. I found protein powder I bought maybe a year ago which makes me very happy because you better believe it'll allow me to do my shake in the morning and then again in the evening, I also found a bag of pecans I bought for a cake I was going to make but never did. Conference was just as amazing as I expected it to be. I looove that I found that protein powder. It is still sealed. I didn't even use one serving of it. I am going to be happy to return to that part of my eating life. I'm not wasting and I'll use it up before I buy that premium protein I can get on Amazon.

I can begin my walking thing tomorrow but I don't really want to walk with food. I'm going to make brownies for tomorrow since I found a recipe to convert my devil's food cake mix. That'll be good I suppose. I just made my noodles in a stir fry with spam eggs spinach shoyu and lots of garlic. That should be good for the rest of the day. I'll make a shake later on today and throw in a few strawberries then I'm going to freeze the rest.

If I hadn't baked cookies I wouldn't have found all that stuff. I should probably make my brownies tonight then they'll just be ready to go tomorrow.
