They've cut a lot of the trees on the Riverwalk. You can really see how the golf course includes part of it now. That's the first walk I went on when I moved  here. It's definitely not the last. I never got tired until I was in the Stevens-Henager parking lot. I can do this any day I don't need to run errands. It'll be tougher once I start real estate but anytime I get the chance I'm going to do it. I walked to the bridge where the golf course joins the trail. I walked there and back in 50 minutes. NICE!!! Thank you diabetes for making me get obsessive about how I spend my time again. It's around 1:30 now so next I need to force myself to eat something.

It was kind of annoying when I went to Ochi's baptism. I lost 16 pounds but I still have a lot more to lose so no one really noticed. ANNOYING!!! Our Mateaki semi-reunion is at the end of May so I have a chance to  see if anyone notices then. I hope continued wiser eating AND consistent exercise will make the difference. Our huge Toutai reunion is at the beginning of August. Two of my Toutai cousins are doing Yoli right now and seeing success. I wish I could afford Alkalete right now. I better have my blood sugar conquered AND weight lost AT LEAST by our August reunion. It's at the beginning of August.

BYU-Hawaii is phasing out their sports programs. Apparently BYU-Idaho did that already. I had no idea. BYU-Hawaii had a tennis, rugby, volleyball and basketball team. That's unfortunate. Ricks had a pretty good football team. A lot of my classmates played for Ricks which was a JR college then or only offered Associate's degrees then. I wonder what it does now. My dad wrestled for BYU-Hawaii when it was the Church College of Hawaii.

I'm going to walk to my choir practice or take the bus. It's right by Logan High School. Walking is fine, it's just the busy roads I don't like having the deal with.
