Choir Practice

We had a choir practice potluck today. I took home a bunch of cheese and deli meat and left all my brownies there. I had very good brownie reviews which was great. I used a recipe I found online and it came out great. I had 2 small bags of glazed peanuts I mixed in the batter. I took home deli meat, cheese and veggies. I am happy with what I took it'll make at least a couple of meals this next week and give me a little variety. I'm going to try walking for the first time Monday to work. We'll see how that works. There's this one gorgeous song we're singing for Easter Sunday. The music and lyrics are incredible. I felt like crying just going through it.

It has some complicated parts but it is beautiful. Nelda sang with me while I followed along. I like my tone. I can't read music but when my tone is there it is beautiful. I want to develop singing more. I also want to play the piano just so I can read music and do it but I don't really care about doing it extremely well. I do want to sing more. My tone is good like my brother's I'm not as confident as him but I think with a little work I can get there. I'm glad I joined the choir and I'm glad I'm really trying. In the past I'd do it after the bishop would make a plea to the ward to join the choir NOT because I enjoyed singing. I am enjoying it now and I'm glad I started. I need to make a plan to do this and not ignore it.

Tomorrow is the new day of a module meaning I should get there at least a little early. Since I'm walking I should try to leave at least by 7:15. I did Zumba easily every day last week. It was good. I did all my laundry these conference days allowed me to do it. I did most of my dishes although I made more since I made brownies. I like my cream cheese/cool whip cake more.
