My Random Blogging Therapy
I want to get my protein powder and buy other good stuff like almonds and ground beef. I need to research water filters. It's supposed to make a significant difference. I want to test that theory. I couldn't bring myself to eat rice last night.
Today I toasted and ate the last two English/raisin muffins I had in the freezer with some butter. I'm still not hungry. It must be the workout. I have choir practice tonight with the amazing Keiskers. That should be fun. Two Saturdays without working in the temple right in a row. I'm tired but not how I could be if I consumed a bunch of sugar. My English muffins were whole wheat and I know that makes a difference too. I need to find a good price for a ninja food processor and a water filter. Eating well doesn't have to be expensive.
Two of my Toutai cousins are posting about how much they love Yoli. Each have already lost weight. That is a very good thing and if Yoli helped them get there it is a very good thing.
Variety is expensive. Yoli has good products and their plan is good BUT NOT necessarily optimal although they love to dwell on how optimal health is what Yoli brings. To maintain a Yoli lifestyle at a minumum you need Alkalete and the energy drink passion. Everything else is either the shakes, your own food and some pill that helps digestion. Yes it works because you are eating well AND the supplements help too although I don't want to have to rely on ANY products forever.
Maybe once my real estate career takes off I can afford to purchase Alkalete regularly along with Passion. I never did try their other drinks. I know how important spinach is and I don't have a problem buying that forever because it's so versatile and cheap. Everything else however I don't want to do forever or be committed to buying forever either.
Joseph just asked me if I wanted to coordinate a regular CVLA social get-together. It sounds like fun. It's only once every other month so it isn't overwhelming. I like that idea. While it would be super to get input from everyone, I don't have a problem choosing if we don't get that. Nice! Professional development and socializing with intelligent people will be a nice reprieve from the sometimes stupid FHE activities we do ESPECIALLY this last one.
