My Random Blogging Therapy
Working out gives you energy throughout the day. Why do I always fail to remember that. Fatigue is the only symptom diabetes seems to have given me. Not that I like that. I've noticed that when I eat well I don't suddenly get sleepy around 2pm. Fatigue is directed related to eating sugar. It also makes a huge difference in my energy level when I workout first thing in the morning. It's such an easy habit but it's also so easy to stop. I need to remember that. Yesterday I ate junk AND I felt horrible. Today I did well except for those English muffins BUUUT it's not enough to make me tired and it's almost 6 or time for me to quit!!!
Choir practice then home to sleep for tomorrow. Life is amazing. I am so grateful for all the blessings I have and continue to gain.
