I need to start my oil pulling. I have to do it for 20 minutes. This should be interesting. If I had known I'd need it I would've used olive oil for all my cooking. I still have a lot and you only need a tablespoon. Here goes nothing!!!

I think I should buy some styrofoam cups to spit this crap in. It feels like mouthwash only I'm not spitting it out immediately which would be A LOT better actually. Oil pulling with the Mormon Tabernacle choir. Not exactly what I expected.

Parents need to counsel with their youth and warn them of the dangers, deceit, damaged relationships, more vile, evil and graphic. Be proactive to protect our children from images, if you are caught in Satan's trap of pornography - the Savior has the power to help you through his atonement. If you are free from sin, do not feel responsible.
How do we protect our children and youth? Deep and abiding testimony of our Savior's atoning love. We talk of Christ, we rejoice in Christ - Daily scripture study, prayer and family home evening need to have the priority they should.
The blessings of daily scripture study, prayer and FHE. Other challenges confront us we can have confidence that we deserve the guidance that our Father will give. As we search out our ancestors and do our own temple work we will also be blessed.
Picture the Savior, take the sacrament worthily, ask for help

Every day you can choose to make or keep a covenant.
Henrik Eyring born into great wealth, mother a countess. Parents died.
Lost both parents and was penniless. He felt his best option was to go to America. In St. Louis he was given a pamphlet written by Parley P. Pratt. He prayed to find out if what he read was true. He had a dream that he should be baptized. Henrik knew the happiness of eternal life comes through family bonds.

I name this in my history so my children will know and attend meetings too. Called by the prophet to move to Southern Utah, served in Germany then in Mexico. Buried in cemetary in Mexico. Wants to honor his grandfather.

Each covenant brings with it duties AND promises. This takes faith.

Our loving Heavenly Father gave us the gift of his son and the atonement which brings eternal life the greatest of all the blessings of God and are received only through making covenants. Keep all these especially those offered in his temples.

The angel came because of the faith and prayer of their fathers and people.

As we keep trying to gather people to him even as they resist, we shouldn't quit nor should he.

One session down. I loved Neil L. Anderson and President Eyring's talks. They were both awesome!!! Linda Reeves had the spirit so with her too. This was a great session. I am going to clean more of my apartment between sessions right now. I don't see the miracle oil pulling is supposed to be but then I only did it once. I just want my teeth whiter so I don't need to pay someone to put chemicals on my teeth just to get them whiter.
